What You Should Know about Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage

- Servicelink -Because your prescription drug plan can change its premium, co-pays and covered drug list every year, it's a good idea to do a yearly check-up.
From November 15th to December 31st you have the opportunity to change to another plan. You may also enroll for the first time.
ServiceLink is here to help with trained Part D counselors who will help you use the plan finder tool online to discover your options.
You can then enroll in a new plan if you wish to change. This service is FREE and confidential.
When: Mondays, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (Every Monday - November 16th until December 28th - no appointment necessary, just walk in to ServiceLink)

When you come, please bring your list of medications and your Medicare Card. Or call to get a form which will help you gather information before you come in, so no one has to sit and wait. If you unable to come on Mondays, please call to make other arrangements.
