Due March 1st
A written description of the planned or expected business activity in New Hampshire must be included with the application. Also state the name(s) of the owner(s) of the administrator.
Entities that are on the New Hampshire Insurance Departments list of Approved Exempt or Excepted Third Party Administrators must update the registration by March 1st every year.
