Certificate of Compliance Requests:
A Certificate of Compliance is generally requested to show proof that an insurance company is licensed with the New Hampshire Department of Insurance. The certificate also shows the type of insurance the insurance company is authorized to transact in the State of New Hampshire.
To request a Certificate of Compliance, send a letter stating the insurance companies full name and NAIC code, if available. Also, include the name, address and phone number of where the Certificate of Compliance is to be sent. The fee is $5.00 per certificate. Make checks payable to Treasurer, State of New Hampshire.

Please note that payment in full must accompany the request. We do not invoice and will not send the certificates until payment is received.
