MISSION
The Task Force shall evaluate animal abuse in New Hampshire; perform a thorough analysis of all statutory and administrative rules; assess State, community and private programs that address animal abuse; and provide recommendations to the Governor on ways to better prevent and address animal abuse in New Hampshire.
GOALS
Per the Governor’s Executive Order to create the Task Force on the Humane Treatment for Animals, the Task Force regularly analyzes all statutory and administrative rules and assesses State, community and private programs that address animal abuse. As a result of these activities, the current priorities of the Task Force are:
