Rachel Lyons v. The Tub Shop, Inc.
This was a sex discrimination and retaliation case in which the Commission found for the respondent as to sex discrimination and found for the claimant as to retaliation. Using its authority, the Commission ordered the respondent to pay damages to the claimant in the form of one week's pay.

Diane Panzieri v. Shackelton's of New Hampshire, Inc and Richard Shackelton
This was a sexual harassment case in which the Commission found for the complainant and, under its authority, awarded the complainant lost wages and attorney's fees.

This was a sex discrimination case in which the Commission found for the respondent. Elements of this case involved questions of whether a relationship between an employer and an employee constitutes sexual discrimination when the relationship goes bad and the employer terminates employment.

Jessica Teates v. Bournival, Inc., and Richard Bournival
This was a case of sexual harassment and retaliation in which the Commission found for the complainant on the retaliation charge. Under its authority, the Commission awarded the complainant compensatory damages and attorney's fees and costs. The Commission also levied an administrative fine against the respondent.

Susan Asselin v. N.H. Department of Corrections
This was a sexual harassment case in which the Commission found for the complainant. Under its authority, the Commission awarded the complainant damages in the form of compensatory damages, back pay, front pay, lost employment benefits and future benefits, medical bills and attorney's fees for a total of $200,284.72.
