Co-complainants alleged race discrimination when attending Mr. Roy’s company holiday party. Ms. Blanchette went upstairs to listen to the band where she was denied entrance under respondent’s bylaws forbidding admission to “colored people.” After respondent’s counsel defended with an apology, the Commission ordered respondent to cease and desist all practices which contravene RSA 354-A and to post notices in two prominent places. Complainant’s Motion for payment of attorney fees was denied.
