Health insurance is available through Anthem on the 1st day of the month following the completion of one full month of full-time regular employment.

Available to all eligible NH State Employees. Part-Time employees may also be eligible for Health/Dental insurance.

- Option 2 - Out-of-Network Providers
Anthem Health Maintenance Organization: Requires Primary Care Physician (PCP) referrals. Must use In-Network New England Providers.
