Mental Health
38.1. There shall be a health and safety committee comprised of three (3) representatives each of the Association and the Division.
38.2. The committee shall meet regularly, and may be convened at the request of either the Association or Division representatives, but in no case shall the committee meet less than quarterly.
38.3. The committee shall study and investigate the health and safety of employees including but not limited to, conditions affecting mental health and occupational safety. The committee shall make recommendations to the Safety Committee established under Article 13.
