CONCORD - Gov. John Lynch today announced the names of the seven-member state negotiation team who will soon begin contract talks with state employees.
Gov. Lynch named Thomas Manning, Assistant Secretary of State and former director of the Division of Personnel, to lead the negotiating efforts on behalf of the state.
Other members are:
- Clifton Below, Public Utilities Commissioner
- Monica Ciolfi, Risk and Benefits Administrator, Department of Administrative Services
- Alex Feldvebel, Deputy Commissioner of Insurance
- Earl Sweeney, Assistant Commissioner of Safety
- Steve Taylor, Commissioner of Agriculture
- Sarah Willingham, Manager of Employee Relations
