CONCORD - Gov. John Lynch announced today that he has named Pamela Walsh of Concord to serve as deputy chief of staff and Colin Manning of Manchester to serve as press secretary.
Walsh is communications director for the Governor's Office, a post she has held since January 2005.
Manning has been a reporter for Fosters Daily Democrat since 2002. From 1999-2002, he worked as a correspondent for the Union Leader.
Manning is a 1997 graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
He will start on Monday, December 18.
