  Governor Gives Blood; Urges NH Citizens To Consider Doing the Same
  Red Cross Reports Regional Blood Shortage
   
  MANCHESTER - With the region facing a blood shortage, Gov. John Lynch yesterday donated blood at the American Red Cross Blood Bank in Manchester and encouraged other New Hampshire citizens to consider making blood donations as well.

"Giving blood is easy, quick and it saves lives," Gov. Lynch said. "Our region is facing a critical blood shortage. I encourage New Hampshire citizens to help and consider making a blood donation as soon as possible."
