Terry Johnson

Terry Johnson is Director of the Healthy Eating Active Living Initiative for New Hampshire. He is employed by the Foundation for Healthy Communities in Concord, NH. The Foundation is the organization responsible for coordinating the HEAL Initiative statewide. He was formerly the Executive Director of NH Celebrates Wellness. Just prior to becoming HEAL director, Terry managed an integrative medicine/primary care practice on the Seacoast. Terry received a B.S. in Health and Physical Education from the University of Louisiana. He has spent 22 years developing and directing health promotion programs throughout the country in worksite, hospital, and community settings.
