Fred Daniels
Fred is President of Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise, Inc. a physical rehabilitation and specialized exercise company in southern New Hampshire. He has an MBA in Health Care Administration and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. In addition to managing the company, Fred directs the fitness programs at CPTE, which specialize in medical fitness programming and sports conditioning. He has over 20 years of experience in developing and managing fitness programs for health clubs, corporations, and sports conditioning facilities. In 2004, Fred and his staff created a sports conditioning company called Performance Advantage, offering advanced conditioning programs to athletes ages 10 to adult. Their programs include training the Nashua Pride Professional Baseball Club. Fred is certified as a Health/Fitness Instructor and Health/Fitness Director from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and is a past chair of the Health/Fitness Track of ACSM’s Committee on Certification and Registry. Fred is a member of the New Hampshire Governor’s Council on Physical Activity and Health and chaired the Council from 2003-2005. Fred is an adjunct faculty member at Rivier College’s Health Science Department. He enjoys skiing, kayaking, triathlons, and lacrosse. |
