Production Guide >> Application to Film on State Property

While there are no general filming permits in New Hampshire, you will be required to complete an application to film on state property should you be looking to shoot your project on or in any state parks, protected areas, historical sites, or state government buildings. Productions will first need to contact the New Hampshire Film and Television Office if interested in filming on state property. Please note that a Certificate of Insurance (with a minimum general aggregate of $2,000,000) will also be required and verified prior to processing.
