Rest Areas and Welcome Centers
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation maintains and operates 13 year round, and three seasonal, Rest Area/Welcome Centers. Each area provides restroom facilities and tourism literature including state maps, and a good selection of traveler and tourist related literature. There are a number of rest areas that also provide food and drink vending machines.
