The New Hampshire Department of Transportation maintains and operates eleven year round, and five seasonal, Rest Area/Welcome Centers. Each area provides restroom facilities and tourism literature including state maps, and a good selection of traveler and tourist related literature. There are a number of rest areas that also provide food and drink vending machines.

The table below shows individual rest area seasons, hours of operation, telephone numbers, and addresses. Rest area locations are also shown on the map to the left.
