Bike Maps | Seacoast Region
Photos MapTerrain
The terrain in New Hampshire's Seacoast Region is generally flat to rolling.

Traffic

Because this area is an extremely popular tourist destination, the Seacoast region draws heavy traffic during the summer months, particularly along Route 1A. NH Route 108 and US Route 4 through the Newmarket-Durham area have fast traffic and narrow or no shoulders. Choose these routes during off-peak or off-season times.

Services

Places to stop for a bite to eat or ice cream are abundant, and if you're looking for lobster or steamers, you've come to the right place!

Highlights

Though boasting only 18 miles of ocean views, the Seacoast Region offers some of the most scenic and sought after cycling in all of New Hampshire.

Maps

The new revised NH Bicycle maps are now available on line. Maps are in Adobe Acrobat® PDF format. Each region has 2 Adobe files. The first is the map with suggested bicycle routes and the 2nd is the back of the map which has detailed information for that region. Select either side of the map by clicking on the picture to the left or choose from the list below:
