Public information meetings in Ashland, New Hampton, and Meredith
Separate meetings will discuss plans to paint I-93 bridges in each town (DOT Project 41295)

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will hold a combined Public Officials/ Public Informational Meetings in Ashland, New Hampton, and Meredith to review and discuss plans to paint the following steel bridges on or over I-93 in the respective Town:

Ashland, I-93 NB, SB over Collins Street, Squam River
New Hampton, Pinnacle Hill Road over I-93 NB, SB
New Hampton, I-93 NB, SB over NH 132
Meredith, I-93 NB, SB over NH 132

The Ashland meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 7, 2017 at 6:30 pm at the Ashland Fire Department, 9 Main Street, Ashland, NH during a regularly scheduled Board of Selectmen meeting.

The New Hampton meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the New Hampton Town Office, 6 Pinnacle Hill Road, New Hampton, NH during a regularly scheduled Board of Selectmen meeting.

The Meredith meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 21, 2017 at 4:30 pm at the Meredith Community Center, 1 Circle Drive, Meredith, NH during a regularly scheduled Selectboard meeting.

The purpose of each meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project and to solicit input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
