Bridge Replacement Project on NH 18/116 in Sugar Hill
Five Week Closure Over Indian Creek to Begin July 10th

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the planned replacement of a culvert that carries Indian Creek under NH Route 18/116 in Sugar Hill will require a five week road closure and detour. This closure period has been postponed from a previously announced date.

Beginning the week of July 10, 2017, NH Route 18/116 will be closed about one-quarter mile north of the intersection of Streeter Pond Road in Sugar Hill and a signed detour will be in place.

This project will involve the replacement of a "Red Listed" metal pipe with a concrete slab bridge with a 22-foot span. NHDOT Bridge Maintenance crews will be performing the work.
