|NH Route 107 Traffic Shift In Seabrook
Rehabilitation of NH 107 Bridge Over I-95
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a change in traffic pattern on NH Route 107, from US Route 1 to Batchelder Road, in Seabrook in association with the rehabilitation and widening of the NH 107 bridge over Interstate 95. The work to make these changes will take place on Monday, October 7, 2013 between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.
The new traffic pattern will also prohibit NH 107 eastbound traffic from accessing Spur Road. Motorists heading eastbound on NH 107 wishing to access Spur Road or New Zealand Road will have to do so from US Route 1. Spur Road traffic seeking to access NH 107 will only be allowed to make a right turn onto NH 107 westbound.
The newly restricted access to and from Spur Road is permanent as a new median island is to be constructed dividing eastbound and westbound traffic on NH 107 from US Route 1 to the I-95 northbound on and off ramps.
Motorists are reminded to be alert and drive safely through this construction work zone.
R.S. Audley, Inc. of Bow, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $6.4 million project. The estimated completion date of the project is June 2014.
