|Night Paving at Hooksett Open Road Tolling Lanes
Will Require Temporary Closures of ORT Lanes
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces night paving operations associated with the construction of the new Hooksett Open Road Tolling facility on Interstate 93 in Hooksett will begin the week of August 18, 2013.
Some of the paving work will require the temporary closures of the northbound and southbound open road tolling lanes, the Exit 11 northbound on-ramp and the Exit 11 southbound off-ramp. State Police cruisers and message boards will be used to notify the traveling public of the closures. The work is to take place during non-commuter hours, between 7:00 pm and 6:00 am, weather permitting. Minor traffic delays can be expected.
This work is part of the construction of the new Hooksett Open Road Tolling facility in Hooksett. R.S. Audley, Inc. of Bow, New Hampshire is the general contractor of the $23 million project, which is scheduled for completion in October 2013.
