Blasting Work on Spaulding Turnpike Project in Newington
Expect Daytime Traffic Impacts Between Exits 1 and 3

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces blasting work associated with the Spaulding Turnpike improvement project between Exit 1 and Exit 3 in Newington will resume starting the week of July 8, 2013.

Blasting will occur Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Northbound and southbound traffic will be impacted during the blasts. State Police rolling roadblocks will be used to slow traffic during the blasts.

Motorists can expect some delays during the blasting operations. All drivers are urged to maintain a safe following distance through the work zone.
