Work Will Close One Lane of NH 111 for One Night The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces bridge construction work along NH Route 111 in Windham will take place during nighttime hours this week. This structural steel work for the new I-93 southbound bridge over Route 111 will require closing one lane of the road to traffic for safety reasons. The lane closure will be in place between the hours of 7:00 pm. and 5:00 am, and motorists can expect only minor delays during this time period. Uniformed officers will be on hand to assist with traffic control. Traffic on Interstate 93 will not be impacted. This project is part of the construction of the new I-93 roadway in the vicinity of Exit 3. E.D. Swett of Concord, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $11.5 million project, which is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2013. |
