Lane Closures At Rochester Tolls On Spaulding Turnpike Automatic Coin Lanes To Close For Maintenance On 11/30 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the planned closure of the automatic coin lanes at the Rochester Tolls on the Spaulding Turnpike (NH 16) for maintenance work. This maintenance work is expected to begin on Friday, November 30 and be completed by Wednesday, December 5, 2012. The southbound automatic coin lane will be closed after the morning commute, and the northbound automatic coin lane be closed after the evening commute on November 30. Motorists seeking to pay tolls with cash during this period should use the manned lanes on the right sides of the Rochester Toll Plaza. Electronic message boards are being used to alert drivers of the lane closures.
