The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces work is underway on repairing a failed slope along the southbound side of NH Route 16 in Jackson. This work area is located approximately two miles north on the NH 16 intersection with NH 16A.

The repair project is expected to take approximately one week to complete. During this time, alternating traffic controlled by temporary signals will be used to direct traffic through the work zone.

NHDOT District One Highway Maintenance personnel are performing the work.
