Manchester "Finding Of Necessity" Public Meeting Rehabilitation Of Five I-293 Bridges At Exit 4 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a Finding of Necessity Meeting has been scheduled to review and discuss the rehabilitation of five bridges carrying Interstate 293 at the Exit 4 (Queen City Avenue) interchange and improve the I-293 safety and traffic operations with the interchange. This meeting will be held at New Hampshire Department of Transportation, Room 114, 7 Hazen Drive in Concord, New Hampshire on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 2:30 pm. This meeting is a public proceeding under RSA chapter 91-A. The intent of the meeting is not to continue taking testimony, as was done at the September 29, 2011 Public Hearing, but to serve as a decision-making forum for the Special Committee. Any individual needing assistance or auxiliary communication equipment due to sensory impairment or other disability, should contact the Bureau of Right of Way, NHDOT, Box 483, Concord, New Hampshire 03302-0483-TDD Access Relay NH 1-800-735-2964. Notification for the need for assistance should be no later than November 7, 2012.
