Night Work on Rockingham Park Boulevard in Salem Cold Planing and Paving to be Done During Nighttime Hours The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces night work beginning Friday, September 21 and continuing for approximately two weeks, between the hours of 6:00 pm and 6:00 am each night. Cold planing and paving will take place on Rockingham Park Boulevard between the bridge over South Policy Road and NH Route 28, and on Mall Road from the Mall Entrance to the Boulevard. This work is weather dependent. Lane closures will be used to maintain traffic through the work. Uniformed officers, flaggers, and traffic control devices will be used to slow, direct, and assist motorists through the work zone. This work is part of the $1.29 million pavement rehabilitation project for Rockingham Park Boulevard in Salem. The general contractor is Brox Industries, Inc. of Dracut, Massachusetts.
