New Section Of Spaulding Turnpike To Open In Rochester Northbound Barrel From Exit 15 To Exit 16 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces a section of the newly completed Spaulding Turnpike northbound barrel from Exit 15 to Exit 16 will be opened to traffic on Tuesday September 11, 2012. Motorists traveling in that area should expect some delays on that day. This work is part of the overall expansion and widening of the Spaulding Turnpike from Exit 12 to Exit 16 around Rochester. The general contractor for this segment of the project is Severino Construction of Candia, New Hampshire.
