| Night Paving Operations for I-93 Exit 4 Southbound On and Off Ramps in Londonderry
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the start of night pavement rehabilitation operations on I-93 at the Exit 4 southbound on and off ramps in Londonderry. The cold planning work to remove the old pavement will take place Thursday August 16, from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, weather permitting. The repaving of the ramps will take place by the middle of the following week. To allow this work on the southbound on and off ramps at Exit 4, the ramps will be temporarily closed. Traffic will be detoured to the next exit to reverse direction and return to Exit 4. Electronic message boards will be used to communicate the dates and times that the ramps will be closed. Uniformed officers and traffic control devices will be used to direct, and assist motorists through the work zone detour. Brox Industries Inc. of Dracut, Massachusetts is the contractor for this $770,000 resurfacing project, which has a completion date of September7, 2012. |
