| Night Paving on I-93 in Londonderry and Windham
Includes Southbound On and Off Ramps at Exit 4 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces the start of night paving work on northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 93 in the area of Exit 4 in Londonderry and Windham, including the southbound on and off ramps for Exit 4. Night paving operations will take place between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am, starting Wednesday, August 15. Work is anticipated to be completed by the end of August. This work will be accomplished using lane closures with minimal impact to the traveling public. To allow the paving of the southbound on and off ramps at Exit 4, the ramps will be temporarily closed and traffic detoured to the next exit to reverse direction and return to Exit 4. Electronic message signs will be used to inform motorists of upcoming work. Uniformed officers and traffic control devices will be used to slow, direct, and assist motorists through the work zone. Brox Industries, Inc., of Dracut, Massachusetts is the contractor for this $800,000 resurfacing project. |
