|Gilford Public Informational Meeting
NH 11A/Belknap Mountain Rd./Schoolhouse Hill Rd. Intersection
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting has been scheduled to gather public input concerning possible safety improvements to the NH 11A/Belknap Mountain Road/Schoolhouse Hill Road intersection in Gilford, New Hampshire.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Gilford Town Hall, 1st Floor Conference Room, 47 Cherry Valley Road, in Gilford.
The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the corridor study and to solicit public input in order to ensure that any possible project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
