New Spaulding Turnpike Ramp to Open at Exit 15 in Rochester Permanent Southbound On-Ramp Will Open on August 8 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the planned opening of the new permanent southbound on-ramp at Exit 15 in Rochester is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, August 8, 2012. Currently only traffic from NH Route 11 East (Farmington side) has access to the temporary southbound on-ramp. Beginning on August 8, motorists coming from both directions, including the Rochester side, will have access to the Spaulding Turnpike (NH 16) southbound. This project is part of the overall expansion and widening of the Spaulding Turnpike from Exit 12 to Exit 16 around Rochester. The completion of this six phase $145 million project is scheduled for 2013.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the planned opening of the new permanent southbound on-ramp at Exit 15 in Rochester is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, August 8, 2012.
