Emergency Project Begins to Rebuild State Road in Sullivan About 7/10's of a Mile of Centre Road Washed Out by Flooding The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces work is getting underway today (6/18) on the reconstruction of a section of Sullivan Centre Road in Sullivan that was severely damaged by heavy rains and flooding on the night of May 29, 2012. Two sections totaling approximately 7/10's of a mile of state-maintained roadway on Centre Road were completely washed out by the storm. No through traffic will be allowed on Centre Road during the reconstruction work. The contractor for the $753,000 emergency contract is SUR West, Inc. of Winchester, New Hampshire. The completion date for the project is August 10, 2012.
