| Temporary Ramp Closure at I- 93/I-89 Interchange in Bow-Concord
Six Hour Northbound Ramp Closure onto I-89 on Thursday, June 7 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces work associated with the installation of granite curbing along Interstate 93 northbound and the Interstate 93/Interstate 89 collector distributor road will require a six-hour closure of the I-89 northbound on-ramp on Thursday, June 7. Weather permitting, this curb setting work will take place from approximately 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Junes 7. During the ramp closure, I-93 northbound traffic heading to I-89 northbound will be detoured to Exit 12N, to Interstate 93 southbound from Route 3A, and then to I-89 northbound from Interstate 93 southbound. Temporary signs will be in place for this detour. This work is part of the replacement of the Interstate 93 northbound and southbound bridges over Interstate 89 and minor repairs to the collector distributor road bridge. Audley Construction of Bow, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $14.7 million project, which is scheduled for completion in June 2015. |
