The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting is scheduled to review and discuss bridge rehabilitation work on the NH 12/NH 101 bridge over the Ashuelot River.

This project includes replacement of the bridge deck pavement and membrane, partial and full depth deck repairs, replacement of expansion joint and bearings at the east abutment, and replacing bridge and approach rail.

The public meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 6:00 pm (as part of the Municipal Services, Facilities and Infrastructure Committee Meeting) at City Council Chambers B, 3 Washington Street, Keene New Hampshire.

The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project and to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
