I-93 Southbound Lane Closure Planned In Concord Five-Hour Closure On 5/23 For Median Guardrail Repairs The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces plans to close the left lane of Interstate 93 southbound in Concord between Exits 14 and 13 on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. This lane closure between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:00 pm will allow for the repairs of the median guardrail by Turnpikes Bureau personnel. Motorists traveling southbound on the stretch of I-93 during this time period can expect minor delays.
