|Night Work At Interstate 93 Interchange In Bow-Concord
Will Include A One Night Northbound Ramp Closure Onto I-89
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces work to install drainage along Interstate 93 northbound and the Interstate 93/Interstate 89 collector distributor road will take place on the nights of Monday, May 14 through Wednesday, May 16.
Weather permitting, this work will take place during non-commuter hours from approximately 8:00 pm to 5:00 am each night.
The work on Monday, May 14 will require closing the I-89 northbound on-ramp. I-93 northbound traffic heading to I-89 northbound will be detoured to Exit 12N, to Interstate 93 southbound from Route 3A, and then to I-89 northbound from Interstate 93 southbound. Temporary signs will be in place for this detour.
The work on the nights of Tuesday, May 15 and Wednesday, May 16 will require Interstate 93 northbound to be reduced to one lane utilizing a lane closure.
This work is part of the replacement of the Interstate 93 northbound and southbound bridges over Interstate 89 and minor repairs to the collector distributor road bridge. Audley Construction of Bow, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $14.7 million project, which is scheduled for completion in June 2015.
