The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces bridge maintenance work is scheduled to begin on March 26 on the NH Route 16 bridge over Branch Brook in Wakefield.

This bridge deck replacement project is expected to take six months to complete. The initial phase of the project will require alternating one-way traffic controlled by temporary signals until May 18, 2012.

Motorists should proceed with caution when proceeding through this work zone.
