| Repairs Planned For Edgell Covered Bridge In Lyme
River Road Bridge To Be Closed For Four Months The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces bridge repairs are planned for the Edgell Covered Bridge on River Road over Clay Brook in Lyme. This bridge timber repair work will require a complete closure of the bridge to traffic for four months, beginning Monday, December 5, 2011. Motorists should seek alternate routes during this time period. The 132-foot long Edgell Bridge was built in 1885. |
