Spaulding Turnpike Traffic Shift In Rochester Southbound Switch To New Section Between Exits 15 And 16 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces that on the morning of Wednesday, October 12, 2011, all traffic will be shifted to a newly completed section of the Spaulding Turnpike southbound lanes from Exit 15 to Exit 16 in Rochester. Motorists should expect some delays through this area on October 12 as the southbound changeover take effect. This work is part of the overall expansion and widening of the Spaulding Turnpike from Exit 12 to Exit 16 around Rochester. The contractors for this segment of the project are Severino Construction of Candia, NH, R.S. Audley, Inc. of Bow, NH, and A.J. Coleman & Son Inc. of Conway, NH.
