| Interstate 93 Night Paving In Bow And Hooksett
Two Miles South From The I-89 Interchange The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces night paving operations are scheduled to take place on Interstate 93 in Bow and Hooksett during the next two weeks. Work on the I-93 southbound lanes will begin Tuesday night, August 16, 2011, and continue through Friday night, August 19. Work hours each night will be from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am. Work on the I-93 northbound lanes will begin Sunday night, August 21, and will continue through Thursday night, from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am each night. This I-93 pavement rehabilitation project starts at the interchange with I-89 and proceeds south for approximately two miles. Lane closures and lane shifts will be used to perform the work. Portable electronic message signs will be in place to keep the traveling public informed. Uniformed officers and traffic control devices will be used to assist motorists through the work zone. Continental Paving, Inc., of Londonderry, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $2,584,000 contract, which has a completion date of August 26, 2011, weather permitting. |
