| Reconstruction Of Section Of Pickering Road In Rochester
Phased Work Will Require Local Detours Along Two Mile Project The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces full road reconstruction work is underway on a two-mile section of Pickering Road in Rochester, from Quaker lane to 1,000 feet south of England Road. This project also includes upgraded drainage and guardrail. This project will be done in phases and will require traffic detours. Phase one will be from England Road to Tebbetts Road. Phase 2 will be reconstructing from Tebbetts Road to Quaker Lane, and Phase 3 will involve reconstructing 1,000 feet of Pickering Road south of England Road. Daily work hours will be from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Pike Industries, of Belmont, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $933,000 project, which has a final completion date of October 14, 2011. |
