Night Work To Begin At Exit 5 In Londonderry NH
Some I-93 Traffic Delays With A Southbound Lane Closure

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces night work associated with the construction of the four new Exit 5 Interstate 93 Bridges in Londonderry. Drainage and paving operations will take place on the nights of Monday, August 15 and Tuesday, August 16, and Thursday, August 18, 2011.

This interstate work will require traffic on I-93 southbound to be reduced to one lane. This lane closure will take place during the non-commuter hours of approximately 10:00 pm to 3:00 am on the nights of August 15, 16, and 18. Minor traffic delays can be expected.

This work is part of the construction of four new I-93 Exit 5 bridges, NH Route 28 reconstruction, and I-93 reconstruction in the Exit 5 area. Severino Trucking. Co., Inc. of Candia, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $37 million project, which is scheduled for completion in June 2014.
