Ramp Closure Planned On Exit 19 Of I-89 In Lebanon Southbound Off Ramp Closure For Pipe Replacement The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces the southbound off ramp at Exit 19 on Interstate 89 in Lebanon will be closed on Tuesday, July 12, weather pending, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. This closure is necessary to allow for the replacement of a drainage pipe that crosses the ramp. Southbound motorists seeking to get off at Exit 19 should reverse direction at Exit 18 during daytime hours on July 12. Personnel from the NH Department of Transportation's Highway Maintenance District 2's Interstate patrol shed in Enfield will be performing the work.
