|I-93 Daytime Lane Closures Planned In Manchester
Between Exits 8 And 9 To Allow For Ledge Work
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces planned lane closures will be in effect on a section of I-93 in Manchester during the week of Monday, June 27 to allow for ledge removal work.
Daily lane closures, both northbound and southbound, between Exit 8 and Exit 9 will be in effect from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
This work is part of a 4-mile road and bridge rehabilitation project from Exit 6 at Candia Road/Hanover Street to Exit 10. Nighttime pavement milling work from Exit 8 north is scheduled to begin on Sunday, July 10, 2011.
Pike Industries Inc., of Belmont, New Hampshire, is the general contractor for the $6.4 million project, which has a final completion date of September 2012.
