The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces paving work on US Route 3 (South River Road) associated with the Manchester Airport Access Road project is scheduled to get underway on Monday, June 20, 2011.

Daytime paving operations on the approximately three-quarters of a mile stretch of US 3 in the vicinity of the Bedford-Merrimack town line are expected to take several days to complete, and will require periods of alternating one-way traffic. Line striping operations will follow shortly after final paving work.

Motorists should expect some delays and seek alternate routes if possible.
