| Buildings Move Planned From Concord To Pittsfield
Convoy Expected Take Two Hours Early On The Morning Of June 12 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces a planned move of a house and garage from Concord to Pittsfield on the morning of Sunday, June 12, 2011 will involve a slow moving convoy that will impact traffic on NH Route 106, US 4, NH 28 and NH 107. The oversize load move, from Greeley Street in Concord to Catamount Road in Pittsfield, is expected to take place during an approximately two hour period between the hours of 3:00 am and 8:00 am on June 12. The convoy will involve several vehicles, including trucks carrying the buildings and an escort by NH State Police. Motorists traveling on the affected routes during this time period should expect delays and seek alternate routes if possible. The convoy will pull over and stop for emergency vehicles. |
