Bridge Painting Work To Resume On I-95 In Portsmouth Working Under The Southern Approach To The High Level Bridge The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces bridge painting work is set to resume on the southern approach to the High Level Bridge on Interstate 95 over the Piscataqua River in Portsmouth. This painting project under the southern approach is a continuation of work begun in 2010. No traffic impacts are anticipated. Klicos Painting Company of Baltimore, Maryland is the contractor for the $7.5 million project, which has a final completion day of September 30, 2011.
