Paving Operations On Spaulding Turnpike In Rochester
Two Weeks Of Work Between Rochester Tolls And Exit 12

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces paving work is scheduled during the next two weeks on the Spaulding Turnpike in Rochester between the Rochester Tolls and Exit 12.

This daytime paving work will include both northbound and southbound lanes, and the ramps at Exit 11 and Exit 12. The work will take place between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, weather permitting. One lane of traffic will be maintained through the work zone, both northbound and southbound, and efforts will be made to minimize traffic delays during heavy volume hours.

The ramps at Exit 11 and Exit 12 may require short-term closures. Electronic message boards will indicate an alternate ramp to use during these brief closures.

Message boards and signs will alert motorists to the work zone. Uniformed officers will direct traffic as needed during paving operations.

S.U.R. Construction, of Rochester, NH is the contractor for the project.
