Bridge Deck Replacement Project In Winchester NH Route 119 Bridge Over The Ashuelot River The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces construction work is getting underway on a bridge deck replacement on the NH Route 119 bridge over the Ashuelot River in Winchester. This bridge is located 600 feet west of the intersection of Routes 10/119/78. In addition to the bridge deck work, this project includes guardrail replacement, minor approach work, and structural steel painting on the NH 119 bridge. Bridge traffic will be reduced to one lane of alternating traffic controlled by a signal. This traffic pattern will go into effect during the week of April 11, 2011. R.M. Piper, Inc. of Plymouth, New Hampshire is the contractor for the $1.4 million project, which has a scheduled completion date of October 28, 2011.
